IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

  1. All rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.
  2. There is an Additional Charge of $10 per Person per Night for each Additional Person over 2 per Unit.
  3. Children 5 years old and under stay  FREE!
  4. Minimum 2 Night stay Required and 3 Night stay for Holidays.
  5. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM
  6. Check-out Time is 10:00 AM
  7. Active Duty Military receive 10% Discount!  Please note: Active Duty Member Must be Staying *Cannot be combined with any other discount *Must Present Valid ID *Discount applies to one room per visit
  8. Only Guests Staying at our Resort are allowed to use Resort Facilities including Swimming Pool, Docks & Playground
  9. No Fireworks or Fires are allowed anywhere on Resort Property

*All of our guest rooms are NON-SMOKING

*Although we love pets we do not allow pets

BOAT SLIPS: 10′ x 24′ slips are $12 per day.

RESERVATION POLICY

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a guest reserves a unit, it is removed from the market, refusing all other requests for it. Guests are responsible for all dates reserved. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for all days reserved. 60 day cancellation notice is required. No refunds will be given to cancellations with less than 60 days notice unless we are able to fill the unused dates.
